NQRNews 17 Aug – Biden Stops the Buck(?)

Dear www.notquiterightnews.com readers,

Afghanistan dominates the news. I offered my opinion yesterday about President Biden’s response to the world asking for him to do something. I did not realize it was going to be a ‘blame everyone but me, and “the buck stops here” speech. Hardly. The buck bounced around everywhere but on Joe Biden! It was infuriating. No one. NO ONE has an issue with the decision he made to get out of Afghanistan. But the complete, utter disregard of military planning (which I am certain took place, but was not approved by some… fool, (NSC politician? the SECDEF? CJCS?) to prepare for contingencies. Such as; bomb the roads to Kabul, surrendering Bagram, intelligence failures or failures of leaders to listen(?), troop numbers in vs. out, and timing of withdrawal effort failures, etc. The blame is squarely on the Biden administration and the people that voted for this incompetence.

Here are some stories covering the events:

The race is on to evacuate 22,000 Afghans by Aug. 31 withdrawal deadline (militarytimes.com)

Of course, the Taliban is all kinds of westernized now! (Sarcasm Mode in effect):

Then this piece of bs:

Afghanistan: Women can be educated up to university level, Taliban spokesman tells Sky News | World News | Sky News

I owe the ADF an apology for calling them out yesterday. Apparently, they had not been paid for almost 2 months. Their political leaders (except the VP) bailed on them in helicopters full of money. A hardy wish you well to the VP of Afghanistan all the best:

Still fighting on: Afghan vice president rally anti-Taliban forces in Panjshir – Salten News

May Panjshir get all the support that can be mustered in their fight against the Taliban.

I essentially called out the ADF for their surrender to the Taliban. After thinking about what the US response was, with the guidance and direction of the Biden administration, I feel it is the US that surrendered. I cannot apologize enough to the warriors still fighting against the Taliban and to the women of Afghanistan that we abandoned.

I pray for your safety and health. May God watch over you.

Uncle Mike

I can’t speak for the people left in Afghanistan, but I’m fairly certain they don’t give a damn about COVID right now. There are people getting killed from Taliban thugs instantly. Not from a virus with a 96% survival rate. Probably higher for them cause they are close to obese:
