Our headlining story is still Afghanistan and the absolutely whitewashing of the truth by the Biden Administration. They continue to say ‘all American’s are out’ and then say there is nothing they can do about the people left behind. What’s the truth?! Don’t look for it from Jen Psaki or CNN.
There are political and diplomatic negotiations continuing in the effort to get all the remaining US and SIV holders out. Granted the negotiations are secret and there is probably more money involved. But the apparent request for the Taliban to have the “Emirate” recognized is a major hold up. The state of politics in the US, between Afghanistan and COVID and $30TRILLLION in debt, is getting people killed. The world and certainly the US, deserve better leadership than what we have now.
