I want to know what social media you use to link to the website. PLEASE thumb up, recommend, ‘like’, the website. It would be great feedback to know where my readers are getting their link to the site from, if you are bookmarked, if you were recommended or ‘shared’ an article by a family member or friend.
Our articles are automatically updated with RSS feeds. But it takes readers and feedback to make the websites function. The way websites work; the links are tabulated (algorithms are in the software) and create measures of how effective a site is by the numbers of views, clicks, pass throughs, etc. The hosts can shape the algorithms with code that directs the software to evaluate (and yes, manipulate) the volume or traffic at a website. This monitoring and evaluation creates numeric feedback that provides a count to the host. Google has a measure and they require tens of thousands of views in order to generate revenue from clicks/ads they provide. A site like NQRNews is NOT going to generate 10K in clicks. Yet. Working on it.
You will notice, NQRNews does NOT have ads! NQRNews is in a competitive category of US/World News. I compete against organizations that have 10’s of thousands of employee’s. I have…me. Sometimes a writer can feel like a lone voice in a forest. Especially when that voice is speaking against a stream of opposition. You are my hope. By being here, reading this. Reading my comments. Even if you don’t like them. I APPRECIATE YOU and your time. You can spend this time with hundreds of other sites, but you are here. Thank YOU.
It is really nice to get comments, “likes”, up votes, feedback, and yeah, I will take DONATIONS. I am suffering from a Joe Biden economy. I do not want to push ads on you, my readers.
