The big news stories are the Russian ‘Invasion’-Non-invasion’ set up, Trump was spied-on-gate, and the Canadian truckers for Freedom.
The big one for me is the non-invasion/invasion of the Ukraine by Russia. If you picked 16 February, 2022 for Putin to pile on Ukriane, you may be a winner! CNN has reported that Ukrainian President Zelensky has been ‘informed’ that is the day. He also asked Biden to come to Kiev, to see how safe they were. Biden better get on Air Force One, he’s running out of time. Nancy Pelosi was on a Sunday talking head show and outlined her support for President Biden:

The bottom line from Biden is, please Mr. Putin don’t invade! Have whatever you need so President Biden can get a ‘win’ (any win!). Take the US offered off ramp (de-escalation) and all will be forgiven. The media has announced, literally, Wednesday is the day Russia will invade. If Russia doesn’t invade (I’m leaning that Putin will say he got everything he wanted from ‘backdown Biden’), the whole set up will be pushed by US media breathlessly how great the administration was in negotiating. This isn’t close to true. Putin controls the narrative on this story. Remember Afghanistan and note the Taliban is still getting US tax dollars. The Taliban owned the Biden Administration. Failure to de-escalate in the Ukraine will be a tremendous failure for the administration. The ramifications are he will have to use the US military.
Next, we have the leak that Trump was “spied on” by Hillary Clinton. This isn’t a surprise for anyone that was paying attention and that doesn’t hate Trump. Hell, even never Trumpers know he was spied on! No US media will report this story, even though it is true, has been true and they dropped the ball deliberately. My thoughts are we won’t see anyone on Clintons’ team in a prison suit:

Will be interesting to see how these stories play out. I hope Hillary and her clowns end up in prison (doubt it), and the truckers they are not the subject of government violence.
