NQRNews Commentary for 10 Jul: US Military Support to Ukrainian War Effort Opinion

Dear NQRNews Readers,

Afternoon, Gang! Today’s highlights or lowlights, if you prefer. Did you notice you have to go to overseas news sources to get news about the war in Ukraine? If you look deeper, you can find US stories about support to Ukraine, but not really actual combat:

US to send more HIMARS precision rockets to Ukraine (defensenews.com)

More information on the level of US involvement:

Ukraine war tactics reaffirm US Army’s modernization thrust, service chief says (defensenews.com)

It seems the US military is using the Ukrainian military as practice for tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) for future warfare.

Has the DOD written and published the lessons learned from the Afghanistan withdrawal? Haven’t seen anything on that, have we? The US military has more important concerns to highlight in the news:

‘You’re On Your Own’: Servicewomen Describe Impact Of Military’s Abortion Policy : The Two-Way : NPR

Yes, the US military is fighting the war for abortion. That is the current news in the US military. There is a female Army Sergeant, on active duty, wearing her uniform, on TikToc (Chinese will exploit this) complaining about the military policy on abortion:

Court Martial and send her packing… – CITIZEN FREE PRESS

Then you get this article:

Little guidance for troops, dependents who may need to end a pregnancy post-Roe (militarytimes.com)

While they haven’t read the actual guidance straight from the SECDEF:

Defense Secretary Vows Access to Abortions After Roe v. Wade Overturn (breitbart.com)

When it comes to abortion for female (or the transgender males that are “pregnant” and wearing the uniform) military members, the leader of the DOD, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has declared business as usual for pregnant troops that prefer an abortion.

Meanwhile a retired US General is suspended for mocking the first lady on Twitter.

Russia is winning the conflict in Eastern Ukraine while the US military is focused on information warfare within the ranks.

Perhaps we should worry about making sure US Troops are protecting the country instead of focusing on social and cultural issues that are divisive. I’m positive the good Sergeant noted above can get her abortion, provided by the military, based on the guidance of the SECDEF. The military above all other government entities needs to be unified in their duty, and not complaining about a health care issue that doesn’t exists. The Sergeant will not be reprimanded, but LTG Gary Volesky gets suspended? While Trump was President, DOZENS of retired US General’s made derogatory comments about the sitting President without any repercussion. This is more of the daily hypocrisy we see from the current administration.

Russia and China are watching. They are waiting for the right time to strike. Our troops are in the process of preparing to ‘strike’ for lack of abortion access(?). What’s next? A “union” for the striking NCO’s?

See you on the internet,

Uncle Mike
