Dear www.notquiterightnews.com readers,
Now they are telling us we need to get our Christmas presents LAST MONTH! The ‘supply chain’ crisis means Santa may not leave the north pole this year! Humbug. Presents aren’t what Christmas is about. Make a Christmas card, make a gift, do something good for somebody. Do you really need to buy another video game? Do you need another ornament for the tree? You didn’t put everything out last year!
Christmas is a state of mind. All be it, one that can cause psychosis. With a record number of container ships parked in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of California, the US Government is informing it’s citizens that ‘they’ (the citizens) must embrace the suck of no Christmas. While the Secretary of Transportation, who makes over $124K a year to take two months off, is back on the job, we will soon have the supply chain crisis solved! Not. Buttigieg defends being on paternity leave amid supply-chain crisis (nypost.com)
The supply chain crisis is larger than Secretary Buttigieg’s ego. This crisis has been in the making since November 2020. The election ensured that the new administration would be placed in charge of just one more crisis that is too big to waste. Blame it on Trump, and you can have the soon to be unemployed CNN anchors prattle on about how the last administration is responsible for the last 10 months of crisis, after crisis, after crisis. Afghanistan withdrawal – crisis (Trumps’ fault? Nope). Economic Inflation setting decades old records – crisis (Trumps’ fault? Nope). Biden’s daughters diary – crisis (Trumps’ fault? Ugh, no. This is being blame on an investigative reporter that turned it down because it couldn’t be verified. Never fear, the FBI is on the case providing sultry details to the New York Times). Now, we’re not going to have Christmas because shipping containers are losing cargo into the depths of the Pacific Ocean.
Trust me Dear Readers. Those ships coming from the north pole are bringing presents to Amazon and eBay as I write this. Never fear, Christmas in near. But you need to get in the spirit today!
